Before submitting the membership form, please make sure that the following documents are attached to the membership form

Passport size photographs (Applicant & Spouse)
Copy of CNIC (Applicant & Spouse)
Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
Academic certificate (At least matric)
Payment receipt in case of online fee transfer

GOVERNMENT OFFICERS

Passport size photographs (Applicant & Spouse)
Copy of CNIC (Applicant & Spouse)
Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
Departmental forwarding letter by senior authority
Posting Orders

1. Make sure you have all the required documents available when filling out this form.

2. It is the application form and the membership will be confirmed after the decision of the Board of Governors.

3. Incomplete form will not be received for further proceeding.

4. Applicant must be 18 years or above.

5. The family of a member can also avail Gymkhana facilities after issuance of the family card for Rs 2000/- per month.

6 For the convenience of member, he/she can deposit his membership fee directly in to the account of RGC, Bank of Punjab Account #: 6580004895400018/Gula Aqra Branch Rawalpindi.
